All of our DVDs are NEW, Region 4 DVD and all prices are all in NZ$.
We do not under any circumstances accept returns (unless faulty) on orders due to customs and distributor copyright laws. By using this website you agree to our Conditions of Use and our Shipping and Returns.
All items for NZ are delivered by Skyroad Express courier, DVDs carry a charge of $5.00 on the 1st item and approximately $1 per unit there after unless its a large box set that doesent fit into the normal courier package, in which case we will advise of any increase in shipping fee. Charges for shipping will show once your  logged into your account in the estimator.
Extra shipping charges apply to all orders outside of New Zealand for box sets.
The amount shown in your shopping cart is an estimate only, extra Airmail charges will on a per order basis depending on location and item ordered will be added to the total. You will be contacted and informed of the extra amount by email if applicable.

Delivery within New Zealand usually takes between
3 - 10 days depending on availability. Pre ordered items will be delivered just after release date. You are advised to pre order titles where possible because some titles are sold out before the release date.
